Our Team History:

CEO/Founder, the author of "Life as an Immigrant," Edline Harris, is a vibrant and upbeat individual. She was born and raised in Dominica but has now been a citizen of the United States for 22 years. Miss Harris earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology, a degree in Early Childhood Education, and a certificate in Forensics while studying in the United States. She takes pleasure in entertaining others and making them feel at ease and at home. She is a natural giver who is active in her community and family. Miss Harris is a dog lover who also happens to be a homeowner. After realizing that she had a thorough understanding of the Dominican culture and lifestyle and that there was something missing in the real estate market, she saw an opportunity to start this business, which is how You Dream Big Realty was born. She is also the founder of A&E Cleaning Services, which might be beneficial to clients. Edline Harris is a networking genius; therefore, she isn't unfamiliar with the business world. As a result, clients may put their faith in her.

Nazarine Gordon is a journalist by profession with several years of training and experience in management, hands-on mass communication, and journalism. Ms. Gordon also has a wealth of social skills, having worked in community development for adults and youth her entire life. She is currently a senior Dominica Cadet Corps member, serving in two senior capacities. Ms. Gordon is dependable and charming, pays close attention to detail, and has an outgoing and warm demeanor as well as great organizational abilities.

Miss Claudia Carlton is a Computer Technician by trade, having years of training and experience working in a variety of settings. She has also worked in the insurance industry in Dominica for over ten years and in the real estate industry in the United States for a while. Claudia is active in various social groups and church events in her community, which she can participate in from afar owing to technology. Her passion is prioritizing and working with customers one-on-one to provide excellent customer service. She is a hardworking, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual.
